The TTC recently had two outstanding instructors recognized for their years of service as advisors of their respective student organizations. Mrs. Olson was presented an award at the DECA State Conference for her 20 years as the TTC DECA advisor. Ms. Schuette was presented an award at the Business Professionals of America Conference for her 25 years as the TTC BPA advisor. We are so fortunate to have dedicated instructors like these two working with our students on a daily basis!

What a difference a day makes when it comes to Michigan weather. Tuesday our students enjoyed 70+ degree weather and soaked up the sunshine. Wednesday they were inside with below freezing temperatures and wind. A 50 degree drop in temperature and windy conditions is a big change over 24 hours.

Mr. Lemuel's classroom recently went furniture shopping in the community. They enjoyed learning about all the options and price comparison. A day in the community wouldn't be complete without enjoying a delicious lunch, family style. This was a great opportunity for our adult students to learn shopping and social skills!
